These terms cover your use of this website and any order placed on it.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Shree Balaji Lights, an online retailer. 2. Using the site

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Please give accurate delivery details. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

3. Products and descriptions

Run length, LED count, power source and any weather rating are listed exactly as printed on the packaging. Where a rating is not printed, we do not state one. Joining limits for connectable sets are the maker’s. Photographs show the item sold, though colour can shift between screens. We can help you compare an item with the specifications listed; we do not guarantee that a particular item will suit a particular purpose.

4. Prices and GST

Registration status: not registered for GST. Turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number is issued; an order invoice travels with the parcel. The listed figure is the amount payable, and delivery charges are shown before checkout.

5. When a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we tell you and refund in full.

6. Warranty

We do not add a separate warranty of our own. Where a manufacturer’s warranty is stated on a product page, it applies on that manufacturer’s terms. Nothing here limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law. Where the law permits a limit, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
